A proud Kurd and now a dedicated local of Ōtorohanga, Sai brings over a decade of hands-on experience in the building industry to every project. As a qualified builder and volunteer firefighter, Sai is not just a skilled professional but also a committed member of the community.
Sai’s approach to building is personal and meticulous, treating every project as if it were for his own family - "Building isn’t just about structures; it’s about creating spaces where people feel at home and their dreams come to life".
When he’s not managing tools or projects, Sai enjoys family time with his two young daughters. Family is at the core of Rahim Projects, a small family-run business that values trust, quality, and community.

Project
Beattie Home
We are currently working on an exciting commercial project for Beattie Home rest home in О̄torohanga where we are transforming several rest home rooms to meet hospital-level standards. Our work includes upgrading the bathrooms, renovating the nurses' station and drug room, and creating a new reception and waiting area. This project will help Beattie Home to continue to care for their residents who become hospital-level patients, without having to send them out of town. A great initiative that will serve the О̄torohanga community well.
